If I receive an e-mail with possibly attachments which I want to keep
private from other users of this pc what do I do? How can I hide it with
password access only? I use OE. Thanks.

If it is just the attachments which you want to hide, you could save
them to a separate partition which is password protected or to removable
media which you lock away. If it is also the email you want to keep but
protect with password access, you might want to check out PGP (Pretty
Good Privacy) and create a password-protected PGP disk.
